Keeping your face looking young, healthy, and moist can be quite an ordeal for some people. Most people find it difficult to take care of their face, but it is actually a matter of practice only. A specific schedule, if followed regularly, will make the skincare procedure easy and fast. The first word in skincare is to prevent the moisture loss and put back the lost moisture to into.

SPF-15 protects your face by blocking the sun’s rays from draining your face of all it’s natural moisture, while allowing the dermis to naturally hydrate itself. Applying a good moisturizer on your face prior to applying any make up is a good way to help keep your skin moist. You’ll want to use moisturizers that do not contain any oils.

The best time to moisturizer is right after a shower. This is because your pores are still open from the show you just took. This will maximize the amount of moisture your face takes in.

The pores of your body open up after you take your bath and hence it is the best time to apply the moisturizer, so that your dermis can absorb most of it. The dead cells of your dermis block the pores of the face. A clogged dermis sucks moisture and makes the face oily.

Drinking several glasses of water a day, will not only keep your face looking healthy and moisturized, it will also help to keep your body moisturized, and looking healthy. Water rids the body of toxins that can drain your skin of it’s moisture, while replacing minerals needed for keeping the skin moist.
